Wer wir sind
Vaikuntha ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein für naturnahes Lernen in Guerstling an der Nied — in Lothringen, direkt an der Grenze zum Saarland. Auf unserem Gelände bauen, gärtnern, feiern und lernen Menschen jeden Alters zusammen.
Warum jetzt
In zehn Jahren ist viel gewachsen: Sauna, Sommercamp, Feste, Werkstatt, ein Garten nach Permakultur. Es gibt mehr Ideen, als ein Verein auf einmal tragen kann. Deshalb wollen wir gemeinsam klären, wohin die Reise geht — und was wir dafür lassen.
Was entsteht
Eine Vision für 2035, an der sich alle orientieren können, mit Etappenzielen für 2030 — und daraus Projekte mit Verantwortlichen, die im Aufgaben-Board des Vereins sichtbar weiterlaufen.

Vision und Mission
„Mit der Natur und von der Natur leben und lernen.“
Wir bewirtschaften unser Vereinsgelände im Sinne der Permakultur und Selbstversorgung. Ziel ist, unsere Mitglieder mit Lebensmitteln, Strom und Wasser zu versorgen — und ein Ort des Lernens und des Austauschs zu sein, für Jung und Alt. Wir setzen uns für den Umweltschutz ein, fördern die Biodiversität im dörflichen Raum und gestalten gemeinsam eine enkeltaugliche Zukunft.
Das ist der Stand aus unserer Selbstbeschreibung. Im Workshop prüfen wir gemeinsam, ob er noch trägt — und schärfen ihn für 2035.

Deine Idee für Vaikuntha 2030
Am 30. Januar entwickeln wir gemeinsam, wohin Vaikuntha bis 2030 wächst. Damit wir nicht bei null anfangen, sammeln wir vorher Ideen — von allen, die den Ort kennen oder kennenlernen wollen. Eine Anmeldung zum Neujahrsempfang brauchst du dafür nicht.

Muss ich Mitglied sein, um mitzumachen?
Nein. Ideen kann jede:r einbringen. Am Workshop selbst (12–16 Uhr) nehmen Vereinsmitglieder teil; zum Empfang und zur Feier sind alle willkommen.
Was passiert mit meiner Idee?
Der Vorstand liest alle Ideen, Benedikt Irsch bündelt sie für den Workshop. Mit deiner Zustimmung erscheint die Idee ohne Namen auf dieser Seite. Name und E-Mail-Adresse bleiben beim Vorstand.
Ich kann am 30. Januar nicht — bringt es trotzdem etwas?
Ja. Gerade dafür sammeln wir vorher: Was hier eingeht, liegt am Workshop-Tag mit auf dem Tisch.
Wie werde ich Mitglied?
Mit dem Mitgliedsantrag auf der Vereinsseite — Einzelmitglieder zahlen 15 € im Monat, Familien 25 €, ein Sozialtarif ist möglich.

Vaikuntha 2035
Ten years of Vaikuntha lie behind us. What will the next ten look like? We are shaping them together — and every voice counts.
What it is about
A shared picture for the next ten years
Who we are
Vaikuntha is a non-profit association for learning close to nature in Guerstling on the Nied — in Lorraine, right on the border with Saarland. On our grounds, people of all ages build, garden, celebrate and learn together.
Why now
A lot has grown in ten years: a sauna, a summer camp, festivals, a workshop, a permaculture garden. There are more ideas than one association can carry at once. So we want to clarify together where the journey goes — and what we let go of along the way.
What will come out of it
A vision for 2035 that everyone can orient themselves by, with milestones for 2030 — and from it, projects with people responsible for them, visible on the association’s task board.
How we see ourselves today
Vision and mission
“Living and learning with nature and from nature.”
We cultivate our association’s land following the principles of permaculture and self-sufficiency. Our aim is to provide our members with food, electricity and water — and to be a place of learning and exchange for young and old. We are committed to protecting the environment, promote biodiversity in the countryside and together shape a future worth handing on to our grandchildren.
This is how we describe ourselves today. In the workshop we will check together whether it still holds — and sharpen it for 2035.

Your idea for Vaikuntha 2030
On 30 January we will work out together where Vaikuntha grows by 2030. So we don’t start from zero, we are collecting ideas beforehand — from everyone who knows the place or would like to. You don’t need to register for the New Year’s reception to take part.

Questions
Do I have to be a member to take part?
No. Anyone can share ideas. The workshop itself (12 noon – 4 pm) is for members of the association; everyone is welcome at the reception and the party.
What happens to my idea?
The board reads every idea, and Benedikt Irsch brings them together for the workshop. With your consent, your idea appears on this page without your name. Your name and e-mail address stay with the board.
I can’t make it on 30 January — is it still worth it?
Yes. That is exactly why we collect beforehand: everything that comes in here will be on the table on the day.
How do I become a member?
With the membership form on the association page — individual members pay €15 a month, families €25, and a reduced rate is possible.

Dix ans de Vaikuntha sont derrière nous. À quoi ressembleront les dix prochains ? Nous les imaginons ensemble — et chaque voix compte.
De quoi il s’agit
Une image commune pour les dix prochaines années
Qui nous sommes
Vaikuntha est une association d’intérêt général pour l’apprentissage proche de la nature, à Guerstling au bord de la Nied — en Lorraine, juste à la frontière avec la Sarre. Sur notre terrain, des personnes de tous âges construisent, jardinent, font la fête et apprennent ensemble.
Pourquoi maintenant
En dix ans, beaucoup de choses ont poussé : un sauna, un camp d’été, des fêtes, un atelier, un jardin en permaculture. Il y a plus d’idées qu’une association ne peut porter à la fois. Nous voulons donc clarifier ensemble où va le voyage — et ce que nous laissons de côté.
Ce qui en sortira
Une vision pour 2035 qui oriente chacun·e, avec des étapes pour 2030 — et, à partir de là, des projets avec des responsables, visibles sur le tableau des tâches de l’association.
Comment nous nous voyons aujourd’hui
Vision et mission
« Vivre et apprendre avec la nature et de la nature. »
Nous cultivons le terrain de l’association selon les principes de la permaculture et de l’autonomie. Notre objectif : fournir à nos membres nourriture, électricité et eau — et être un lieu d’apprentissage et d’échange pour petits et grands. Nous nous engageons pour la protection de l’environnement, favorisons la biodiversité en milieu rural et construisons ensemble un avenir à transmettre à nos petits-enfants.
C’est ainsi que nous nous décrivons aujourd’hui. Pendant l’atelier, nous vérifierons ensemble si cela tient toujours — et nous l’affinerons pour 2035.

Questions
Faut-il être membre pour participer ?
Non. Tout le monde peut proposer des idées. L’atelier lui-même (12 h – 16 h) est réservé aux membres de l’association ; la réception et la fête sont ouvertes à toutes et tous.
Que devient mon idée ?
Le bureau lit toutes les idées, Benedikt Irsch les rassemble pour l’atelier. Avec ton accord, ton idée apparaît sur cette page sans ton nom. Ton nom et ton e-mail restent auprès du bureau.
Je ne peux pas venir le 30 janvier — est-ce utile quand même ?
Oui. C’est justement pour cela que nous recueillons les idées à l’avance : tout ce qui arrive ici sera sur la table le jour même.
Comment devenir membre ?
Avec la demande d’adhésion sur la page de l’association — 15 € par mois pour une personne, 25 € pour une famille, un tarif solidaire est possible.
