Einladung an alle Vereinsmitglieder: Jahresrückblick, Kassenbericht, Wahlen und gemeinsame Entscheidungen für die Zukunft von Vaikuntha.
Tagesordnung
Die endgültige Tagesordnung sowie eventuelle Ergänzungsanträge werden den Mitgliedern gemäß Satzung fristgerecht per Einladungsschreiben mitgeteilt.

Offen für alle Vereinsmitglieder. Vertretung durch schriftliche Vollmacht möglich (§11 Abs. 8 Satzung).
Anträge zur Tagesordnung
- Anträge auf Ergänzung der Tagesordnung können vorab beim Vorstand eingereicht werden.
- Über die Anträge entscheidet die Mitgliederversammlung gemäß §11 der Satzung.
- Die offizielle Einladung mit finaler Tagesordnung erfolgt fristgerecht per Brief oder E-Mail an die dem Verein bekannten Kontaktdaten.
Wir freuen uns auf eine gute Versammlung und eine rege Beteiligung — im Anschluss lassen wir den Abend gerne gemeinsam gemütlich ausklingen. 🌿
Agenda
The final agenda, along with any supplementary motions, will be communicated to members in due time by formal invitation letter, as required by the statutes.

Open to all association members. Representation by written proxy is possible (§11 (8) of the statutes).
Motions to the Agenda
- Motions to add items to the agenda can be submitted to the board in advance.
- The general assembly decides on such motions in accordance with §11 of the statutes.
- The official invitation with the final agenda will be sent in due time by letter or email to the contact details on file with the association.

- L’assemblée générale statue sur ces motions conformément à l’article §11 des statuts.
- L’invitation officielle avec l’ordre du jour définitif sera envoyée dans les délais, par courrier ou email, aux coordonnées connues de l’association.
